Installation
Our first step for getting your generator installed is going to the town and handling the permits required. After the permits are handled with the town we schedule an installation date. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. After that, the installation of the machine takes roughly one day but can take longer depending on sizing of electrical connectors and gas piping. Once the installation is complete, we contact the town in order to get the proper inspections for the machine such as electrical, fire and plumbing.
Generator Maintenance
Just like a car, a generator also requires regular maintenance to keep it running at its best. When you choose to sign up for the maintenance contract with Built Right Service, we will take care of various tasks to ensure your machine stays in top condition. We perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter checks, machine cleaning, battery checks, and electrical connection checks twice a year. Please note that oil changes are done as needed.
Generac Certified Warranty Repairs
Part of buying your generator with Build Right Generators is the security of knowing that we are here for you. If anything were to happen, we will be there to fix it as your machine is our priority. All new generac units come with a five year factory warranty.(You can call generac for a extended warranty if needed) We are certified to service and repair all parts of Generac machines at no cost to you, within the warranty perimeters. No matter what, we will ensure your machine is mechanically sound and there for you whenever you need!
